These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time. The publisher reserves the right to modify them without prior notice; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of the service

Moj apartman is a short-term rental management application for apartment hosts: reservation calendar, guest database, revenue tracking, PDF reports, reminders and related functionality. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly through the payment provider Stripe. You may cancel at any time — you keep access to the service until the end of the paid period. Prices are displayed on the website and may change with prior notice to existing users.

4. Disclaimer

The service and its content are intended for organising and keeping records of a host's rental business. The publisher does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness or currency of all displayed data. The app's content and reports do not constitute official financial, legal or tax advice — for specific decisions, consult a qualified professional.

The publisher accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from reliance on information from the service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

All content of the service (design, code, texts, graphics) is the property of Innova SOFTWARE d.o.o. and is protected by copyright law. Mass copying, automated scraping and commercial exploitation without written permission are strictly prohibited.

Data entered into the application by the user (apartments, reservations, guests) remains the property of the user.

6. Links to external sites

The service may contain links to third-party websites. The publisher has no control over the content of those sites and disclaims any responsibility for them.

7. User conduct

Any behaviour that disrupts the service or the experience of other users is prohibited, including unauthorised access, introducing malicious software or unlawful content. The publisher reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Personal data is collected lawfully and in accordance with GDPR. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Croatian law applies. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Varaždin has exclusive jurisdiction.
