1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Innova SOFTWARE d.o.o., based in Varaždin, Croatia. For any data protection questions, contact us at prodaja@innova.hr.

2. What data do we collect and why?

Website (mojapartman.eu): you can browse the site fully anonymously, without creating an account. We collect technical data (server logs): IP addresses, browser types, visited pages and visit times — solely for system stability and security. Through Google Analytics we collect anonymised visitor behaviour data to improve our content.

Application (app.mojapartman.eu): when you register we collect your name, email address and password (stored exclusively in encrypted form). If you purchase a subscription, payment data is processed by Stripe — your card details never pass through or get stored on our servers. Data you enter into the app (apartments, reservations, guest details including OIB) is processed solely to provide the service and belongs to you.

3. Cookie policy

We use two types of cookies: essential technical cookies required for the site and app to function (e.g. login, language selection) and Google Analytics cookies for visitor statistics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

4. Who has access to your data?

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited exclusively to: hosting providers within the European Economic Area, Google Ireland Limited for anonymised analytics, Stripe for payment processing, and authorities where required by law.

5. Data security

All communication between your device and our servers is protected by modern SSL/TLS encryption. Data is stored encrypted, and access to it is strictly limited.

6. Your rights under GDPR

At any time you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. Send your request to prodaja@innova.hr — we respond within 30 days.
